Class One Interest Arbitration information and proceedings

Class One employees are employed in services which may not be given up for even the shortest period of time. The Class is composed of police and fire protection employees, jail, prison and other correctional institution employees, and hospital employees. The Union employees covered in this arbitration work in the Department of Public Safety, Department of Corrections, Department of Transportation and Department of Health and Social Services (Pioneer Homes and the Alaska Psychiatric Institute).
